Remote Support

Mnidsync Post offers remote support for quick, easy and fast assistance.  We use software called Team Viewer to securely connect our support staff to your PC through the internet. Running the software is simple and within seconds Mindsync Post will be able to assist you from afar.

Contact us by telephone and an IT agent will assist you doing the following:
 

  1. Download Team Viewer Quick Support.

  2. Your browser will prompt you to save the file, please save it to your desktop.

  3. Locate the file on your desktop and double click it.

  4. If Windows shows a security warning click RUN.

  5. User account control may give you an additional warning, click YES.

  6. Give the numbers for Your ID and Password to your IT agent.
